Product Engineer

• →Lead the development of products for a variety of applications.
• →Work closely with customers to understand their needs and build strong relationships.
• →Collaborate with suppliers to identify the right components and ensure customer requirements are clearly communicated.
• →Support high product quality as production volumes grow.
• →Work closely with colleagues in production and other internal and external partners to achieve project goals together.
   

• Degree in Engineering or equivalent experience in mechanical engineering.
• Experience in planning and a willingness to learn about our products, processes, and production environment.
• Great problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset, with the ability to communicate effectively in a dynamic, international environment.
• Curious and proactive, with a drive to challenge existing ways of working and contribute to continuous improvement.
• Analytical, structured, and goal-oriented in your approach to work.
• Experience with testing and agile ways of working is considered an advantage.
• Proficiency in both Swedish and English, written and spoken, to collaborate with local and global stakeholders.
