• →Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
• →Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects in the field of Automatic Fare Collection or a related industry.
• →Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, with a focus on end-to-end project delivery and stakeholder management.
• →Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams.
• →Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to effectively interact with clients, senior management, and project teams.
• →Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
• →Solid understanding of budgeting, financial management, and risk assessment.
• →PMP (Project Management Professional) certification or equivalent is highly desirable.
