Project Manager

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end IT/software projects for Japanese clients.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure timely delivery.
- Facilitate communication between clients and development teams in Japanese and English.
- Track project progress, risks, issues, and project status.

Requirements
- Over 3+ years of Project Management experience in IT/software projects.
- Good English communication skills is a must

- Business-level Japanese (JLPT N2+ preferred) is a plus
- Experience working with Japanese customers/stakeholders.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum and project management tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, etc.).
- Experience managing AI, Generative AI, or Agentic AI projects.
- PMP/Scrum certifications are a plus.
