The opportunity

We are looking for a Quality Engineer to join our team. You will become part of a supportive and knowledgeable department where experienced colleagues will help you develop your skills and build your career within quality engineering.

We are in an exciting phase of growth, with new projects, increasing customer demand, and ongoing investments in our operations. This creates excellent opportunities to learn, take on new challenges, and gain hands-on experience in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

In this role, you will get valuable insight into how quality contributes to business success and customer satisfaction. You will be involved in, and drive, a variety of quality activities, from problem-solving and root cause analysis to process improvements and customer-related quality matters.

Whether you are early in your career or looking to take the next step, this position offers a great opportunity to develop your technical and professional skills while working with quality products and manufacturing processes in a collaborative environment.

Your primary area of responsibility will be our composite insulator manufacturing operations, where you will support daily quality activities and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives as part of our ongoing quality development journey.

·        Support and gradually take ownership of quality activities related to products, processes, and customer requirements.

·        Coordinate investigations of quality deviations and customer complaints, driving resolution together with cross-functional teams.

·        Serve as quality contact and support customer communication on quality-related topics.

·        Lead or support structured problem-solving activities using methodologies such as 8D.

·        Analyze quality performance data and contribute to improvement initiatives.

·        Maintain and develop risk assessments, control plans, and quality documentation.

·        Participate in audits and support corrective action follow-up.

·        Collaborate with production teams to improve process capability, product quality, and operational performance.

  • A technical degree or equivalent experience from a manufacturing environment.
  • A hands-on mindset with the ability to get things done.
  • Strong analytical skills and a structured approach to problem-solving.
  • The ability to work methodically while maintaining a practical focus.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and create engagement among colleagues.
  • A collaborative approach and the ability to influence and drive quality improvements across the organization.
  • Good communication skills in Swedish and English, both written and verbal.
