R&D Engineer – High Voltage Switchgear (f/m/d)

In this role, you will become part of a multidisciplinary project team and work as an R&D Engineer within a global organization. Your focus will be on the development of high-voltage switchgear and key components, such as circuit breaker operating mechanisms. A key aspect of this role is the design and optimization of dynamic mechanical components and assemblies, ensuring reliable performance under demanding operating conditions.

This position offers a broad and exciting scope, covering topics across mechanical engineering and failure analysis, with strong interaction with materials science experts, electrical engineering teams, and factories.
