Campaign & Sequencing Manager - Multi-Country Sales Center

Working cross-functionally with Sales Leadership, Marketing, Enablement, and Analytics teams, the successful candidate will combine strategic vision with operational discipline to deliver measurable business outcomes. This role is critical to building a best-in-class sales center operating model where every campaign strengthens customer engagement, accelerates opportunity creation, and supports long-term business growth.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Develop and manage a scalable campaign and sequencing roadmap aligned with business priorities and sales objectives.
- →Design, launch, and optimize multi-channel prospecting campaigns that drive pipeline generation and revenue growth across multiple markets.
- →Create and maintain compelling seller messaging, including email templates, call guides, LinkedIn outreach, campaign briefs, and value propositions, leveraging existing sales and marketing assets.
- →Establish and promote sequencing best practices, sales methodologies, and campaign execution standards to improve consistency and seller effectiveness.
- →Analyze campaign performance, monitor key metrics, and implement continuous improvements to maximize engagement, conversion, and productivity.
- →Partner closely with Sales Leadership, Category, Marketing, Enablement, and Analytics teams to ensure campaigns are aligned, measurable, and scalable.
- →Lead campaign adoption efforts through enablement, communication, and stakeholder engagement, driving consistent uptake across diverse sales teams and geographies.
- →Act as the central coordinator for campaign planning, execution, governance, and optimization within the multi-country sales center.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Sales, Economics, or a related discipline.
- MBA or advanced degree is considered a strong advantage.
- Relevant certifications in marketing automation, sales enablement, project management, or sales methodologies are desirable.
- 5+ years of experience in Campaign Management, Sales Enablement, Demand Generation, Revenue Operations, Sales Excellence, or related functions.
- Proven experience creating and scaling outbound campaigns within B2B sales organizations.
- Experience supporting regional or global sales organizations across multiple countries.
- Demonstrated success in developing prospecting strategies that generate measurable pipeline outcomes.
- Experience building campaign frameworks and seller adoption programs.
- Strong track record of collaborating with sales, marketing, and operations stakeholders.
- Experience working within technology, software, SaaS, or complex solution-selling environments.
- Fluent in English, proficiency in an additional Western European language is an advantage.
