Responsibilities

→Collaborate with clients to understand business requirements, define technical roadmaps, and translate objectives into actionable engineering plans.
→Lead engineering teams through architecture reviews and technical decision-making, establish coding best practices, and build a culture of quality, automation, and effective delivery.
→Partner with Product Managers and stakeholders to prioritize features, manage trade-offs, and ensure alignment between business and technical goals.
→Oversee the development and implementation of AI-driven solutions, automation workflows, and scalable software systems.
→Establish and continuously improve engineering processes, development standards, and performance metrics.
→Mentor engineers and technical leads, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
→Identify technical risks, dependencies, and resource requirements while proactively driving mitigation strategies.
→Support client communications, technical presentations, solution discussions, and project governance activities.
→Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and according to established quality standards.
