5+ years of experience in mobile application development, with at least 3 years of hands-on experience in Flutter.
Strong proficiency in Dart and a solid understanding of Flutter architecture and state management solutions (BLoC, Provider, Riverpod, etc.).
Experience developing and maintaining production-grade Android and iOS applications.
Hands-on experience integrating RESTful APIs and third-party SDKs.
Strong understanding of secure mobile application development, including authentication, authorization, encryption, and secure data storage.
Experience working on FinTech, digital banking, payment gateways, wallets, lending platforms, or other financial applications is highly preferred.
Familiarity with Firebase services, push notifications, analytics, and crash reporting.
Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and mobile app deployment processes.
Understanding of software architecture patterns, clean code principles, and performance optimization.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
