Facility Maintenance Associate (Cleaning Facility)

• →Properly clean and empty trash in all office areas throughout the facility
• →Properly clean all production area floors throughout the facility
• →Properly sanitize and clean all restrooms throughout the facility
• →Clean, sanitize, and remove trash as needed from all canteen areas in the facility
• →Strip and refinish floors on a semi-annual basis
• →Perform outside maintenance of the facility as needed (trimming, mowing, etc…)
• →Maintains good housekeeping in work area
• →Follows all safety procedures and policies and advises supervisor of any unsafe conditions
• →Any other duties as requested by supervisor

• Must have general knowledge of chemicals and how to read and understand SDS sheets
• 1 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
• Time management skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong team player
