Responsibilities

Run the daily coordination meetings and issue the daily plan with clear work fronts, access, and interfaces
Coordinate, manage and supervise subcontractors (roads/crane pads, foundations, cabling, substation 110/35 kV, OHL, SCADA/communications, WTG erection)
Manage logistics, laydown, and crane moves; control exclusion zones and lifting operations

Lead daily HSE: site inductions, LOTO, traffic & lifting plans, working at height, confined spaces
Enforce environmental & biodiversity measures
Oversee archaeological and cultural-heritage supervision when required
Incident/near-miss management, corrective actions; ensure PPE and site housekeeping standards

Maintain the month-look-ahead and daily/weekly progress vs. baseline; escalate risks to the CPM
Sequence and prioritize critical works

Issue Daily, Weekly and Monthly Site Report (HSE, manpower/equipment, progress quantities, inspections, photos, look ahead, key risks)
Maintain site document control: test records, checklists, permits, delivery notes, calibration certificates, etc

Set up and manage site infrastructure: office/storage/sanitary containers, water, power, lighting, internet, fencing, gates, waste containers
Oversee 24/7 security posts at WTG locations and substation
Manage couriers, internal transport, housekeeping/cleaning, and consumables supply

Requirements

5+ years of site management on large infrastructure/energy projects; wind farm or high-voltage substation
Familiarity with FIDIC/EPC environments and Ukrainian construction norms and grid-code basics
Clear communication in Ukrainian & English (German is a plus)
Planning & controls (MS Project/Primavera basics), daily/weekly look-aheads, quantity tracking
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
