Our Client, a Karachi based company, seeks to appoint an experienced and seasoned professional for the following role:
This role focuses on the strategic brand development and marketing execution for Company's emerging verticals, including Electric Vehicle (EV) infrastructure, Renewable Energy solutions, and Fintech/Digital Payment ecosystems
Responsibilities
~2 min read- →Integrated Vertical Strategy: Assist in designing and implementing integrated marketing plans that establish leadership in the Renewables and Fintech sectors across ATL, BTL, and digital platforms
- →Identity Evolution: Identify opportunities to infuse corporate brand identity with "tech-forward" attributes, ensuring the brand personality resonates with digital-native consumers and sustainability-conscious stakeholders
- →Fintech & Digital Growth: Drive brand awareness and adoption for digital products (e.g., mobile wallets, loyalty apps), ensuring seamless communication of value propositions in the fintech space
- →Renewables Communication: Develop specialized campaigns for (EV charging) and renewable energy initiatives, positioning Company as the architect of Pakistan's green energy future
- →Campaign Management & Media: Assist in developing effective communication strategies, including media budgeting and precision selection (Digital, Social, OOH, and Electronic) to meet specific vertical KPIs
- →Agency & Design Coordination: Act as the primary liaison with creative agencies to produce high-quality artworks and digital assets for vertical-specific events, product launches, and nationwide activities
- →Performance Analytics: Measure and report on the ROI of marketing campaigns, utilizing data-driven insights to optimize performance against growth goals for new business verticals
- →Stakeholder Engagement: Assist in preparing Annual and Quarterly Reports, specifically highlighting milestones in Digital Transformation and ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) initiatives to communicate the "Company Story" to shareholders
- →Event & Sponsorship Execution: Oversee the vertical sponsorship portfolio, deriving brand mileage through tech-focused installations, digital branding, and event venue activations
- →Brand Governance: Ensure all executions, especially for new sub-brands, strictly adhere to the updated Corporate Brand Visual Identity (BVI) guidelines
- →Cross-Functional Collaboration: Support various departments with high-impact collaterals and undertake strategic tasks as assigned by management to further Company's vision
- Minimum 16 years of education (Bachelor's or Master's) from an HEC-recognized university or equivalent foreign institution. Specialization in Marketing, Digital Business, or Communications is preferred
- Minimum 3 - 4 years of professional experience, preferably in a large national/multinational organization with at least 1 - 2 years of related functional experience in a similar role at an equivalent position
