Manager Scaffolding

We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled Manager/Incharge Scaffolding to lead and oversee scaffolding operations across multiple high-risk industrial project sites in Pakistan. The ideal candidate will ensure full compliance with safety standards, optimize resource utilization, and drive operational excellence in a fast-paced environment.

  Lead, manage, and supervise all on-site scaffolding activities to ensure safety, quality, and timely project delivery.

  Conduct scaffolding inspections and ensure all structures meet regulatory and organizational safety standards.

  Train, mentor, and guide the scaffolding workforce to maintain compliance and enhance skill levels.

• →

  Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and cross-functional teams for seamless project execution.

  Ensure scaffolding structures are secure, efficient, and meet project specifications.

• →

  Manage resources effectively, ensuring cost efficiency and operational productivity.

• BSc Engineering or DAE, with CIRIS Certification (mandatory).
• Minimum 10 years of scaffolding experience, including 5 years in a leadership role.
• Strong background in Oil & Gas, construction, or industrial sectors.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and team-management capabilities.
• Able to perform under pressure in high-risk, fast-paced industrial environments

Salary Package is market competative .

This position will require travelling across sites in Pakistan .
