Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Develop and manage relationships with fleet contractors, ensuring alignment with company policies and business goals.
- →Negotiate contracts, SLAs, and pricing to increase lubricant sales and maintain strong customer relationships.
- →Identify and acquire new fleet accounts while providing tailored lubricant solutions to grow business.
- →Monitor sales volumes, inventory, and nationwide stock availability, ensuring timely order fulfillment.
- →Oversee company-owned facilities (ZOT Truck Wash, Oil Change Shop, KTC) and manage profitability.
- →Lead digital transformation initiatives, including CRM implementation, sales automation, and SAP integration for efficiency and transparency.
- →Design and deploy real-time dashboards and analytics for sales performance, contract utilization, and profitability tracking.
- → Collaborate with IT, Commercial, Operations, Marketing, and Finance teams to drive data-driven decision-making and enhance customer engagement.
- Minimum 16 years of education, preferably Masters in Marketing & Sales or a related field from a renowned and HEC recognized university/equivalent foreign degree holder institution.
- Minimum 6 - 8 years of professional experience, preferably in a large national/multinational organization with at least 2 - 6 years of related functional experience in a similar role at a senior equivalent position or one position below.
Requirements
~1 min read- Relevant expertise in B2B sales, key account management, fleet business, lubricants, automotive, or related commercial operations.
- Strong commercial acumen with proven expertise in contract negotiations, pricing strategies, customer relationship management, and business development.
- Sound knowledge of digital tools and ERP/CRM systems (preferably SAP), with strong analytical skills to interpret sales data, profitability metrics, and performance dashboards.
- The candidate should preferably be not more than 40 years of age as of the last date of submission of application.
