→Partner with Sales and Finance teams to ensure alignment, share actionable insights, and support business decision-making.
→Create and deliver training programs and self-service materials to empower stakeholders and drive adoption of tools and best practices.
→Oversee accruals and payments, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely processing.
→Lead cross-functional initiatives and support change management efforts to improve processes and enhance user engagement.
→Support internal controls and audit activities, ensuring readiness and compliance with requirements.

Requirements
