→Lead and develop the team, setting clear priorities aligned with evolving business needs and driving a high-performance culture.
→Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of customer agreements, ensuring timely receipt, accurate review, proper documentation, and compliance with pricing and governance standards.
→Ensure financial accuracy by overseeing accruals, provisions, payments, reconciliations, and preparation of balance sheet accounts in line with internal controls.
→Partner with cross-functional and global stakeholders to align contract processes with business objectives and drive consistent best practices.
→Identify and implement process improvements, leveraging SAP, advanced Excel, and reporting tools to enhance efficiency, transparency, and data-driven decision-making.
