Costing Manager

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Costing Manager to oversee cost accounting functions and ensure accurate product costing across operations. The role is critical in supporting pricing strategies, profitability analysis, and financial decision-making within a fast-paced F&B or FMCG environment.

• →Manage and oversee end-to-end product costing, including raw materials, production, and overhead allocation
• →Develop and maintain standard costing systems and ensure accuracy of cost data
• →Conduct regular cost analysis and variance reporting to identify gaps and recommend improvements
• →Partner with operations, procurement, and supply chain teams to optimize cost efficiency
• →Support pricing strategies by providing accurate cost insights and margin analysis
• →Monitor inventory valuation and ensure proper cost controls are in place
• →Lead budgeting and forecasting activities related to cost of goods sold (COGS)
• →Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal financial policies
• →Drive process improvements to enhance costing accuracy and operational efficiency

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) – required
• Proven experience in costing within the F&B or FMCG industry
• Strong background in cost accounting, inventory management, and financial analysis
• Experience with ERP systems and costing tools is an advantage
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally
