We are seeking a dynamic, hands-on, and commercially sharp Ecommerce Manager / Director to take full accountability for our digital commerce business unit. In this dual-level strategic and execution role, you will be responsible for defining the long-term digital growth vision while actively leading day-to-day operations, campaign execution, and marketplace expansion across Shopify and major marketplaces (Shopee, Lazada, Zalora, TikTok Shop).

You will manage a dedicated local ecommerce team (Performance Marketing Specialist and Ecommerce Operations Executive) and work cross-functionally with Brand and Creative teams to hit aggressive sales targets, optimize ROAS/CAC, and scale our market share in the Philippine market.

  • Location: Makati City, Metro Manila (Hybrid Setup)
  • Schedule: Morning Shift, Monday – Friday
  • Work Arrangement: 4 Days Return-to-Office (RTO) / On-site, 1 Day Work-from-Home (WFH)

Responsibilities

  • Define the macro-growth strategy and hold full financial accountability (P&L, GMV, and Net Profit margins) for all digital sales channels.
  • Drive senior-level relationships and secure Joint Business Planning (JBP) commercial terms, visibility packages, and exclusive campaign support with platform partners.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to seamlessly integrate ecommerce initiatives with overall offline trade marketing and product launches.
  • Lead total online sales performance across Shopify websites and marketplace channels (Shopee, Lazada, Zalora, TikTok Shop).
  • Optimize product listings, promotional bundles, pricing strategies, and campaign mechanics to increase conversion rates and Average Order Value (AOV).
  • Direct participation and optimization mechanics for major platform mega-campaigns (e.g., 9.9, 10.10, 11.11, 12.12).
  • Provide strategic direction and budget allocation for digital advertising efforts across Meta, Google, and TikTok Ads.
  • Guide the Performance Marketing Specialist to execute high-performing campaigns while monitoring efficiency metrics like ROAS and CAC.
  • Ensure the direct-to-consumer (DTC) Shopify platform is fully optimized for exceptional user experience and high conversion rates.
  • Monitor traffic behavior, website analytics, and technical optimizations to continuous improve product detail pages.
  • Analyze complex sales and marketing data to uncover actionable insights and hidden growth opportunities.
  • Prepare and present regular performance reports, forecasts, and ROI action plans directly to management.
  • Structure, lead, and mentor the local ecommerce division, managing daily deliverables for operations and marketing team members.
  • Work closely with the Creative Team to ensure top-tier content assets support active campaigns, social media, and product pages.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Ecommerce, or a related field.
  • Experience: 8–10+ years of proven commercial experience in ecommerce or digital marketing ecosystems, with a minimum of 3–5 years leading multi-layered teams or managing a business unit's P&L.
  • Platform Expertise: Advanced, hands-on knowledge of Shopify backend alongside major marketplace seller centers (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop).
  • Marketing Proficiency: Strong familiarity with the capabilities and metrics of Meta Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads Manager.
  • Analytical Skills: Excellent data-driven mindset, highly comfortable interpreting web analytics tools, consumer data, and spreadsheets to back business choices.
  • Soft Skills: Exceptional communication, high-level negotiation capabilities, and strong stakeholder management skills.
