Engineering and Services Sr. Manager

We are currently looking for an Engineering & Service Senior Manager who will be responsible for handling the overall operations of the Engineering Department. This role oversees the timely delivery of services and all after-sales activities of the department. The Engineering & Service Senior Manager works closely with customers, suppliers, and maintenance engineers to ensure services such as kitchen and laundry equipment and air conditioning system installations are delivered effectively and efficiently.

• →Manages all after-sales activities of the department
• →Maintains close connections with customers and suppliers, ensuring a strong business relationship.
• →Prepares summaries of parts sales forecasts for the division.
• →Negotiates service contracts for both clients and partners.
• →Updates management on the progress of escalated service activities and secures management approval for recommended actions
• →Assists in short and long-range planning, including the preparation of forecasts and other reports.
• →Prepares and reviews costing and selling prices to maximize contribution and win bids.
• →Manages the credit and collection activities, ensuring ARs are paid on time.
• →Recruit qualified personnel to effectively handle customer service requests.
• →Collaborates closely with customers’ installation and maintenance engineers for proper installation and commissioning of major equipment.
• →Engage in closing and finalizing sales negotiations and contracts.

• Graduate of Engineering (Licensed Mechanical Engineer is preferred)
• At least 10 years of managerial experience in HVAC, general equipment maintenance, and warranty management
• Knowledgeable in kitchen equipment, laundry equipment, and air conditioning systems
• At least 10 years of experience as a Manager
• With sales experience (after-sales service, parts sales, managing targets, contract negotiation, inventory forecasting, and accounts receivable management)
• Has good customer service, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Proficient in MS Office, mainly MS Excel
