Responsibilities

→Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements; manage month-end and year-end closing processes.
→Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and statutory requirements; coordinate internal and external audits.
→Oversee general ledger, reconciliations, journal entries, and core accounting functions including AP, AR, payroll, fixed assets, and cash management.
→Assist in annual budgeting and forecasting; provide variance analysis and actionable financial insights to management.
→Implement and monitor internal controls to safeguard assets, ensure data integrity, and improve financial processes.
→Identify operational risks and process gaps, recommending efficiency improvements.
→Supervise and develop finance staff; review outputs and coordinate with Operations, HR, IT, and other departments on finance-related matters.

Requirements

Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
5–8 years of relevant experience, with at least 2–3 years in a supervisory role.
Strong background in financial reporting, reconciliations, budgeting, and audits.
Proficient in accounting systems/ERP and advanced Excel skills.
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills with high attention to detail.
CPA, CMA, or equivalent certification preferred.
