We are seeking a goal-oriented and people-driven Unit Head to lead, build, and develop a high-performing team of Financial Advisors. In this role, you will act as an agency builder—driving strategic recruitment initiatives, mentoring your team to success, and expanding the unit’s overall market reach. If you have a passion for wealth management, life insurance sales leadership, and helping others build rewarding careers, this role is for you.

Responsibilities

  • Team Building & Recruitment: Actively source, recruit, and onboard prospective Financial Advisors to scale your unit's headcount and market reach.
  • Coaching & Mentoring: Guide, motivate, and train advisors in financial planning, needs-based selling, and client relationship management.
  • Sales Leadership: Drive the unit to meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets, focusing on financial protection, savings, and investment solutions.
  • Performance Management: Monitor team productivity, conduct regular performance reviews, and implement strategic activity management systems.
  • Business Development: Identify new market segments, organize sales drives, and assist advisors in closing complex cases.
  • Compliance & Integrity: Ensure all team operations strictly adhere to company policies, ethical standards, and Insurance Commission regulations.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or any related field.
  • Experience: 2 to 5 years of proven experience in sales leadership, recruitment, or team management within life insurance, banking, or financial services.
  • Licensing: Holder of valid Insurance Commission licenses (Traditional and Variable/VUL) is highly preferred, or willing to be licensed immediately.
  • Skills: Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills. A proven track record in talent acquisition and sales coaching is essential.
  • Mindset: Entrepreneurial, results-oriented, and deeply passionate about developing people.
