Responsibilities

→Lead and oversee FP&A, General Accounting, Audit, Taxation, and regulatory compliance.
→Address and resolve finance backlogs in accounts payable/receivable and optimize cash flow management.
→Ensure accurate and timely reporting across multiple business lines, aligned with both local and regional standards.
→Drive system transition to Xero, ensuring smooth setup, adoption, and integration.
→Manage P&L ownership, budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and strategic business planning.
→Serve as a trusted business partner to operational and category teams, as well as to regional finance stakeholders.
→Develop and motivate a young finance team, instilling discipline, accountability, and high performance.
→Balance strategic direction and hands-on operational finance leadership.

Requirements

Certified Public Accountant (CPA); additional international certifications (e.g., CMA) are an advantage.
At least 5 years of progressive finance experience spanning FP&A, general accounting, taxation, and audit.
Strong expertise in cash flow management, systems transition, and financial controls.
Proven ability to manage complex finance environments across e-commerce, FMCG, and retail.
Advanced Excel and financial modeling proficiency.
Demonstrated experience in people management with the ability to lead and inspire young teams.
Strong problem-solving mindset, high integrity, and excellent attention to detail.
