Responsibilities

→Independently manage complex insurance-related processes using multiple client systems.
→Improve operational efficiency by identifying issues, refining procedures, and maintaining compliance standards.
→Build positive client relationships by communicating effectively, understanding client needs, and delivering quality service.
→Conduct audits and troubleshooting activities to detect process gaps, resolve issues, and ensure compliance requirements are met.
→Assist with additional operational functions such as data analysis, reporting, and onboarding of new clients or processes.

Strong written communication skills, particularly in email correspondence
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, time management, and organizational skills
Experience in creating or maintaining technical or procedural documentation
Knowledge of operational excellence (OPEX) and compliance practices
Experience with Insurance Level 1 processes
