Responsibilities

→Oversee daily IT operations, ensuring timely resolution of hardware, software, network, and system-related issues while meeting established service levels.
→Lead and support the IT team by managing workloads, providing coaching, monitoring performance, and fostering a high-performing work environment.
→Maintain and support IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, cloud services, endpoint devices, and security systems to ensure reliability and business continuity.
→Collaborate with internal stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional teams to implement IT solutions, support system upgrades, and improve operational processes.
→Manage IT documentation, asset inventory, software licensing, and technical reports while ensuring compliance with company policies and security standards.

Requirements

5 years of experience in IT operations, technical support, or infrastructure management.
At least 1 year of experience leading or managing an IT support team.
