Manager SOX I Internal Audit I Risk Advisory Services

As a SOX Manager, you will be a key member of the Enterprise Risk team, helping clients improve their internal audit processes, ensure regulatory compliance, and mitigate risks. This is a highly client-facing role that requires you to build and maintain strong relationships with executive-level stakeholders at some of the world's most recognized brands.

• →Lead and manage client engagements related to Internal Audit, process compliance, and SOX 404.
• →Develop and implement unique, tailored solutions for clients to address their distinct business challenges.
• →Advise clients on complex business transactions and recommend solutions for process inefficiencies.
• →Collaborate with performance improvement professionals on multidisciplinary engagements to help major global clients transform and sustain their businesses.
• →Support the development and transformation of client businesses by providing expert guidance and a deep understanding of their business environment.

• Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships and effectively manage client-facing roles.
• Experience in a consulting or related field, with a focus on internal audit, risk management, and regulatory compliance.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand complex business transactions and recommend strategic solutions.
• The capability to work in a dynamic, rapidly growing practice and take ownership of challenging and stimulating assignments
