Mobile Engineering (Cross-Platform iOS & Android) Sr. Level (Hybrid)

Lead development of cross-platform mobile applications with high performance and scalability.

Conduct and enforce comprehensive code reviews for Swift/SwiftUI (iOS) and Kotlin/Jetpack Compose (Android).

Mentor the mobile team, strengthening technical expertise and agile practices.

Drive agile ceremonies and ensure sprint delivery aligns with business priorities.

Collaborate with product and engineering leadership on technical strategy and mobile architecture.

Identify and adopt emerging mobile technologies and best practices.

Troubleshoot complex technical issues affecting performance or user experience.

Bachelors in Computer Science, IT, or related field.

9+ years in mobile application development (iOS & Android).

Proven experience managing mobile teams in agile environments.

Deep technical knowledge of Swift, SwiftUI, Kotlin, and Jetpack Compose.

Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
