The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing day-to-day travel operations, ensuring smooth execution of bookings, reservations, and ticketing services. The role focuses on operational efficiency, client satisfaction, and strong coordination with airlines and partners, while leading a team and managing high-level client requirements including VIP bookings.
Responsibilities

- →Handle complex and VIP travel arrangements including high-priority and executive bookings
- →Build and maintain strong relationships with airlines and travel partners
- →Lead and manage operations teams to ensure service excellence and efficiency
- →Monitor operational performance, service levels, and key metrics
- →Resolve escalations, operational issues, and client concerns
- →Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and service quality
- →Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
Requirements
~1 min read- Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or related field
- Strong experience in travel agency operations, ticketing, and reservations
- Knowledge of booking systems such as Amadeus, Sabre, or similar tools
- Proven leadership and people management experience
- Strong stakeholder management and coordination skills
- Experience handling VIP or corporate travel accounts is an advantage
