→Collaborate with platform teams to design automated quality gates in CI/CD pipelines, integrating SAST, DAST, dependency, and container scanning alongside shift-left practices like requirement reviews and test-first design.
→Define, govern, and oversee test automation frameworks across web, API, and cloud-native applications while maintaining reusable test assets and evaluating modern testing tools.
→Establish and track core quality KPIs and OKRs—including defect density, test coverage, cycle time, and incident trends—to drive root cause analysis and continuously improve release processes.
→Partner closely with Product Owners, Tech Leads, Systems Analysts, InfoSec, and Application Support to ensure clear acceptance criteria, secure testing compliance, and seamless defect handovers.
→Establish performance, load, and stress testing stages within delivery pipelines for critical systems to set baselines, evaluate risk, and ensure system resilience.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field, with 8–10 years in quality engineering and at least 3 years leading QA teams in Agile environments.
Expertise in web, API, and mobile test automation using Playwright, Cypress, Selenium, Appium, or Postman, with proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, C#, Java, or Python.
Strong knowledge of CI/CD, automated quality gates, secure SDLC, SAST/DAST tools, and OWASP Top 10 standards.
Experience in performance testing using JMeter, Gatling, or k6, with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred: ISTQB Advanced certification, cloud-native testing, Docker, microservices, chaos/contract testing, AI-assisted automation, or regulated industry experience.
