Responsibilities

→Manage the complete Record-to-Report (R2R) cycle, including general ledger, account reconciliations, and financial reporting
→Supervise the preparation, review, and validation of journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, and financial statements
→Ensure timely and accurate month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes
→Maintain adherence to accounting standards, internal controls, and company policies
→Work closely with global teams and internal stakeholders to meet reporting deadlines and support business decision-making
→Provide documentation and assistance for internal and external audits
→Identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and strengthen controls
→Generate, analyze, and present financial reports leveraging SAP and advanced Excel tools
→Lead, mentor, and develop a team, promoting high performance and professional growth

Requirements

Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
CPA or CMA certification is required
7–10 years of progressive experience in end-to-end RTR or accounting operations, preferably within a multinational or shared services environment
Demonstrated experience working with global stakeholders and cross-functional teams
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and internal controls
Advanced skills in SAP and Microsoft Excel
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact confidently with senior leadership
Proven leadership capabilities, including team management and process improvement initiatives
