Responsibilities

→Lead financial due diligence, business valuation, and transaction advisory engagements to support mergers, acquisitions, and other strategic initiatives.
→Evaluate financial and operational performance, identify key risks and opportunities, and provide actionable insights throughout the transaction lifecycle.
→Manage client engagements by preparing high-quality reports, presentations, and recommendations while coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders.
→Supervise, mentor, and develop team members by providing coaching, performance feedback, and ensuring timely delivery of quality work.
→Support business development efforts by contributing to proposals, client presentations, relationship management, and staying informed on market and regulatory developments.

Requirements

At least 6 years of experience in transaction advisory, audit, corporate finance, or financial due diligence.
Strong knowledge of financial reporting, valuation, and transaction advisory.
