Responsibilities

→Plan, organize, and oversee daily warehouse operations for raw materials, packaging materials, and spare parts to ensure efficient and accurate inventory flow.
→ Lead and monitor inbound, storage, handling, and outbound activities, ensuring compliance with established warehouse procedures and service standards.
→ Ensure the proper operation and maintenance of cold and dry storage facilities, material handling equipment, and warehouse utilities in coordination with Engineering, Facilities, and service providers.
→ Monitor inventory aging and shelf life, proactively identifying slow-moving, aging, or near-expiry stocks and coordinating appropriate disposition.
→ Ensure consistent compliance with receiving, handling, storage, inventory control, food safety, and warehouse standards for all materials.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or other related disciplines.
At least 5 years of supervisory experience in warehouse operations, with strong exposure to inbound, outbound, and inventory management.
Proficient in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), inventory control processes, SAP, or other warehouse/logistics management systems.
Strong leadership, decision-making, problem-solving, and people management skills, with the ability to lead teams in a fast-paced F&B environment.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and external service providers.
