Zone Manager

The Zone Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of assigned office zones within the property. The role ensures efficient building operations, tenant satisfaction, and compliance with company standards, while maintaining a safe, secure, and well-maintained environment for tenants and visitors.

  Oversee daily operations of assigned office zones including facilities management, housekeeping, and security.

  Ensure building systems and facilities are properly maintained and operating efficiently.

  Coordinate with tenants to address operational concerns and ensure service standards are met.

  Monitor vendor and service provider performance to ensure compliance with company standards.

  Ensure compliance with building policies, safety regulations, and government requirements.

  Support the implementation of operational programs that enhance tenant experience and building performance.

  Prepare operational reports and provide updates to management regarding zone performance and issues.

  Coordinate with internal teams such as engineering, property management, and administrative units.

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, or a related field.

• At least 4–6 years of experience in property management, building operations, or facilities management.

• Experience handling commercial buildings or office properties is preferred.

• Strong knowledge of building operations, tenant coordination, and facilities management.

• Good leadership, coordination, and communication skills.

• Ability to manage multiple operational concerns in a fast-paced environment.
