Project Specialist

From Procurement to Finance to IT services and much more, the Quality & Operation Department provides critical support for all of Huawei Canada. • Work collaboratively with the project manager and team to maximize productivity

• Collaborate with the team, contributing to the entire project lifecycle

• Organize and monitor schedules and see that deadlines are met

• Coordinate efforts within the team

• Report updates verbally and in written form to management

• Complete any necessary administrative tasks, such as research and Data analysis

• Demonstrate commitment to clients’ needs and confidentiality continuously

The total target annual compensation (based on 2,080 hours per year) ranges from $48,000 to $94,000 depending on education, experience, and demonstrated expertise.

• Bachelor degree in Science or related

• At least 2-year experience in project assistance and operation

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

• Excellent teamwork and communication skills

• Ability to meet multiple deadlines

• Ability to handle stressful situation
