Cloud Platform Engineer

This requires a smart, highly collaborative team who can identify, investigate, and implement new technologies to continue securely scaling our global business.

This role will support the enablement of AI capabilities within our foundational cloud platforms and contribute to initiatives that advance AI-driven solutions for enhanced developer experience and employee productivity. Responsibilities include researching and implementing AI-powered features, optimizing platform performance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and deliver innovative AI applications that improve both developer workflows and employee engagement.

This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Director of DevOps Engineering.

• →Participate in regular team meetings and contribute ideas or feedback on AI initiatives and ways to improve the developer and employee experience
• →Assist in streamlining development workflows and automating routine tasks to improve efficiency for developers
• →Collaborate with team members to implement best practices for security, scalability, and cost optimization in the cloud environment
• →Participate in code reviews to learn best practices and contribute to improving code quality
• →Participate in on-call support as part of a rotation with other team members

• BS/BA degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Experience working with cloud platforms, preferably AWS
• Experience with AI concepts, tools, or frameworks
• Experience with programming languages such as Python

• Experience with additional cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, Google Cloud Platform)
• Understanding of containerization and orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Strong problem-solving skills and an interest in developing AI-driven solutions on cloud platforms

Pay for this position is based on a number of factors including geographic location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

Based on applicable legislation, the below details pay ranges in the following locations:

California:$97,100.00 - $141,150.00 base salary

This role is also eligible for the following:

• Bonus: Sales personnel are eligible for variable incentive pay dependent on their achievement of pre-established sales goals. Non-Sales roles are eligible for a company bonus plan, which is calculated as a percentage of eligible wages and dependent on company performance.
• Stock: This role is eligible to receive Restricted Stock Units (RSUs).
