Ready to join us?
We’re hiring a Recruitment Specialist to join our Talent Acquisition team in India, where you’ll own the end-to-end hiring process across our technical, product and business functions. You'll partner closely with leadership to scale our teams and attract top talent who are passionate about sports and technology.
As a Recruitment Specialist, you’ll:
- Manage the full lifecycle. You’ll own the entire recruitment process from the initial intake meeting to the final offer, partnering with leaders across engineering, QA, design, scrum and product management.
- Build strong pipelines. You’ll source passive talent and create meaningful long-term relationships using strategies like LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, professional communities and networking events.
- Coordinate the interview experience. You’ll manage candidate scheduling, travel logistics and interview availability while keeping open lines of communication with hiring teams when schedules change.
- Own offer management. You’ll handle everything from verbal offers and negotiations to final offer letter generation, partnering with HR Operations and Finance to ensure accuracy.
- Advise stakeholders. You’ll act as a trusted partner to hiring managers and business leaders, helping drive alignment on evaluation criteria and structured feedback across multiple open roles.
- Track team data. You’ll monitor key metrics like time-to-fill, source of hire and pipeline conversion to continuously improve our hiring processes and share updates with the Senior HR Manager.
- Versatile. You have experience managing full-cycle recruiting across a variety of technical, product and non-technical roles at all levels.
- A strong communicator. You can seamlessly collaborate with internal teams, external candidates and leadership to keep everyone aligned and informed.
- Detail-oriented. You track candidate records accurately in an ATS, handle offer logistics efficiently and maintain a high standard of professionalism under tight timelines.
- A proactive sourcer. You don't just rely on inbound applications—you know how to use diverse sourcing tools to uncover passive talent and build long-term talent communities.
- Local expertise. Familiarity with local labor laws, campus hiring strategies and lateral hiring practices in India is ideal.
- Champion work-life harmony. We'll give you the flexibility you need in your work life (e.g., national and public holidays and timeout (meeting-free) days) so you can enjoy your personal life too.
- Guarantee autonomy. We have an open, honest culture and we trust our people from day one. Your team will support you, but you'll own your work and have the agency to try new ideas.
- Encourage career growth. We're lifelong learners who encourage professional development. We'll give you tons of resources and opportunities to keep growing.
- Provide an environment to help you succeed. We've invested in our offices, designing incredible spaces with our employees in mind. We'll also provide you the tech stack and hardware to do your best work.
- Cover your medical insurance. Comprehensive medical insurance for employees, with partial reimbursement available for dependent coverage.
- Retiral benefits. We offer a Provident Fund and Gratuity.
