The Role

We are searching for a fantastic new Client Operations Specialist to become a valued member of our Boston team.

Your primary responsibility will be to partner with our brokerage team to ensure world-class client experiences, by using our state-of-the-art database management systems. You will manage and maintain broker partners' schedules and proactively follow up with outstanding communication to confirm project details and appointments. You will also support transactions involving many moving parts and collaborate with a variety of internal team members and external stakeholders. Perhaps the most fun aspect of this position is carrying out the HM culture in our Boston office. Your role will include looking after our immaculate office through administration and management, as well as planning & executing awesome Boston team events!

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Experience supporting confidential, complex, and critical projects with precision.
  • Strong attention to detail in data management and written communication, including the preparation of market surveys, tour books, and client presentations.
  • Ability to prioritize effectively amidst a rapidly evolving environment, ensuring timely project delivery.
  • Composure in challenging situations and sound judgment in day-to-day decision-making.
  • Ability to deliver on business needs with polish and professionalism.
  • Proactive self-starter with a strong sense of urgency.
  • Genuine kindness and thoughtfulness, finding fulfillment in helping others and providing exceptional client support.

  • Strong team integration skills, comfortable wearing many hats within a collaborative setting.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of three years in a professional environment.
  • Commercial real estate experience not required.
  • Upbeat, positive, and client-centric attitude, building up teammates and fostering a supportive team environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience required.

Compensation:

Commensurate with skills, experience, and qualifications, typically in the range of $70,000-$80,000 annually
