→Experience and broad understanding of technologies used by Human Made, e.g. WordPress, React, APIs, software architecture etc.
→Proven experience of leading a team of engineers, ideally in an agency environment.
→Excellent communication, team building and organisational skills.
→Experienced and capable of identifying an individual’s areas for improvement.
→Skilled at assessing feedback, and turning it into clear, actionable development plans for individuals.
→Confident in addressing interpersonal issues.
→Experienced in a remote working environment.
→A growth mindset with a passion for helping engineers succeed in their careers.
→Fluent in written and spoken English, at CEFR C1 level or equivalent.
