• → Proven experience in short-term rental, hospitality, or property management operations

• → Strong written and verbal communication skills
• → Excellent problem-solving ability under pressure
• → Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• → Ability to work independently and take full ownership of responsibilities
• → Experience managing multiple properties simultaneously
• → Familiarity with PMS platforms (e.g., Guesty)
• → Experience with tools such as Slack, WhatsApp, Notion, or Asana
• → Exposure to dynamic pricing tools (e.g., PriceLabs)
• → Experience building SOPs and operational systems
• → Basic understanding of revenue management in hospitality
