Job Type: Full-time

• →Lead and manage technical projects focused on automation and AI implementation
• →Design and oversee workflows using tools like n8n, Zapier, Make (Integromat), or similar platforms
• →Coordinate the integration of LLM APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Gemini, Claude) into business processes
• →Collaborate with engineering, product, and operations teams to define project scope and deliverables
• →Translate business requirements into technical specifications and actionable tasks
• →Monitor project timelines, budgets, and performance metrics
• →Identify risks, troubleshoot issues, and ensure smooth project execution
• →Optimize workflows and processes for scalability and efficiency
• →Maintain clear communication with stakeholders and provide regular updates

• 3+ years of experience as a Technical Project Manager or similar role
• Proven experience with automation tools (n8n, Zapier, Make, etc.)
• Hands-on experience working with LLMs and AI tools (OpenAI, Gemini, Claude, or similar)
• Strong understanding of APIs, integrations, and system architecture
• Experience managing remote technical teams and cross-functional stakeholders
• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or other project management methodologies
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to balance technical depth with business impact
• Background in SaaS, AI startups, or automation-focused environments
• Experience with prompt engineering and AI workflow design
• Basic coding knowledge (Python, JavaScript, or similar)
• Experience with CRM systems and data pipelines
