Technical Project Manager (Web3 AI & Data Indexing)

With a talented team of engineers achieving significant progress, they are seeking a Technical Project Manager to drive project timelines, product development, and launches, ensuring seamless execution and post-launch operations.

The Opportunity:

The client is seeking a motivated Technical Project Manager to join the team. Reporting directly to the founder, the successful candidate will oversee the end-to-end project lifecycle for their blockchain data aggregator and AI agent platform. This role requires a blend of technical understanding, project management expertise, and familiarity with AI, Web3, or data indexing technologies to deliver high-impact solutions in a fast-paced startup environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full project lifecycle, including planning, execution, and delivery of blockchain data aggregation and AI agent products.
• Develop and maintain detailed project timelines, ensuring milestones are met and dependencies are aligned across engineering, marketing, and leadership teams.
• Collaborate with the founder and technical teams to translate product vision into actionable plans, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Coordinate with engineering teams to track progress, mitigate risks, and resolve blockers to ensure smooth development and deployment.
• Oversee post-launch operations, including monitoring product performance, gathering feedback, and driving iterative improvements.
• Leverage AI tools and methodologies to enhance project management processes and team productivity.
• Communicate project status, risks, and updates to stakeholders, maintaining transparency and alignment.
• Stay current with trends in Web3, AI, and data indexing to inform project strategies and propose innovative solutions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical field (or equivalent experience).
• 2–5 years of experience in project management or delivery management within a software, technology, or startup environment.
• Technical background, ideally with prior experience as a coder (e.g., Python, databases) or working in software development; familiarity with AI/Web3 technologies is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of AI-driven tools, Web3, blockchain, or data indexing/aggregation; experience with data pipelines or cloud environments is a plus.
• Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects with tight deadlines and multiple stakeholders.
• Proficiency with project management tools and familiarity with CI/CD practices or cloud platforms (e.g., AWS).
