Hypori is looking for a strategic, delivery-focused Program Manager, Federal Programs to join our Customer Success team. You will own a portfolio of Hypori’s most important Department of War customer relationships, directing critical system implementations and serving as the primary point of contact for delivery and technical stakeholders from implementation through adoption, while the Strategic Account Director manages the commercial and executive relationship. You will report to the Senior Director of Customer Operations and Delivery.

This is a high-impact, high-visibility role. Your work directly determines whether Hypori’s largest and most consequential deployments succeed and become operationalized inside the customer environment. Our technology is real and differentiated, solving a problem that legacy MDM and container approaches have not, and more than 95,000 Department of War users are on the platform today. You will be the customer’s voice inside Hypori, shaping the Hypori experience from inside the program, with direct partnership across executive leadership.
