As an RPM, you will manage the renovation and control and communicate the project budget effectively. Why The Team Needs You
Serving others in their time of need is not easy. We need you to build foundational relationships based on trust, actively listen, and manage a team to complete projects successfully. We also want a personality that enjoys getting results and working with people.
Why Join the Team?
We are an industry leader in restoration and reconstruction for insurance providers and commercial properties throughout the United States and Canada. Built on principles of customer service, dynamic decision-making, and leadership, we have the tools to continue our rapid growth. Our team puts emphasis on living our Vision, Mission, and Values to be more than just a service provider – our Restoration Project Managers are on the front lines of restoring their communities by leading others to complete construction projects on budget and to industry standard. After training, you will have the opportunity to manage your own schedule within the responsibilities of the role and continually seek learning opportunities that improve your skill set.
This is a full-time, salaried position. The company may also offer a discretionary performance bonus program, the terms of which (if any) will be described in a separate written document provided before or at hire.
Team Benefits
- Ongoing leadership development program and industry events.
- One-on-one mentorship.
- Access to Paul Davis University and regular training opportunities.
- Company vehicle and gas reimbursement for business use. If you are ever required to use a personal vehicle or personal cell phone for work purposes, you will be reimbursed for reasonable business-related use in accordance with company policy and California law.
