You should apply if you have:

Proven experience leading data engineering or data platform teams, with a strong coaching and mentorship style.

Deep understanding of modern data architectures, data integration best practices, and the evolving landscape of cloud-based data platforms (hands-on coding not required).

Credibility engaging with technical and non-technical audiences, able to set vision, inspire teams, and communicate complex solutions simply.

Skilled at managing stakeholders, balancing priorities, aligning competing interests, and making data-driven decisions in a fast-moving environment.

Experience defining and executing data or technology strategies, with success measuring and monitoring team effectiveness and value delivery.

You are a collaborative, inclusive leader who values different perspectives and builds highly engaged teams
