The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of project management methodologies, technical expertise, and exceptional leadership skills to guide cross-functional teams towards successful project delivery. If you are a results-oriented professional with a passion for technology and a track record of delivering projects on time and within scope, we want to hear from you. · Lead and oversee the end-to-end execution of complex technical projects, from project initiation through completion. · Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders. · Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets, and ensure alignment with business goals and objectives. · Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, and proactively implement mitigation strategies. · Build and manage cross-functional project teams, assigning responsibilities, and providing guidance to team members. · Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and report on project status to senior leadership and stakeholders. · Drive effective communication and collaboration across different teams, departments, and external vendors. · Foster a culture of continuous improvement, implementing best practices, and optimizing project management processes. · Ensure compliance with project management standards, methodologies, and industry best practices. · Mentor and coach junior project managers and team members, fostering their professional growth.
