Project Manager

Our leaders shape strategic initiatives, develop passionate teams, and work to improve health outcomes. They advance our mission and exemplify excellence, compassion, teamwork and purpose in all that they do. Indiana University Health is seeking individuals who embody these values to join our Indiana University Health Medical Group in the role of Project Manager.

Description

Manages a complex portfolio of projects for the assigned business unit. Ensures projects are managed appropriately, utilizing standard project management methodologies, processes, tools, and resource planning. Develops project plans based on customer specifications that result in optimized performance, cost savings, efficiency and overall return on investments.

Key Relationships

Reports to: Service Line Administrator 

Direct Reports: None

 

Candidate Qualifications

Candidates for the position will be evaluated according to the following criteria and competencies.

  • Requires Bachelor's degree in a business-related field or equivalent years of experience.
  • 3-5 years of relevant Project Management experience required.
  • PMP certification preferred.
  • Healthcare Industry experience a plus.
  • Experience working in a complex, matrix environment.
