  • Monitor district KPIs, identify performance gaps, and drive corrective action plans
  • Allocate labor and operating resources across locations to maximize utilization and service continuity
  • Ensure consistent execution of SOPs, safety standards, compliance requirements, and customer service standards
  • Drive workforce planning, leadership development, and succession planning across the district
  • Partner closely with Revenue, Finance, Fleet, People, and Central Operations to resolve business constraints and improve performance
  • Lead cross-depot improvement initiatives and identify opportunities to increase efficiency and scalability
  • Communicate district results, risks, forecasts, and recommendations to regional leadership
  • Travel frequently across assigned locations
  • 7–10 years of experience in operations, ideally within mobility, rent-a-car, logistics, retail, hospitality, or another high-volume customer-facing environment
  • 3–5 years of experience leading multi-site operations and managing managers
  • Proven experience owning a multi-site P&L, including budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and business performance reviews
  • Strong business and financial acumen, with the ability to translate data into clear operational decisions
  • Experience managing KPIs, workforce planning, resource allocation, and operational improvement initiatives
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead through others, coach managers, and create accountability
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Professional fluency in English; additional local language capability is a plus
  • Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills and experience working with business intelligence or operational management tools
  • A valid driver’s license
  • Availability to travel frequently and respond to critical business needs when required
