Are you in?  Your role Key responsibilities in your new role Coordinate internal resources and external consultant/ contractor for the flawless execution of multiple projects, ensure resource availability, and allocation  Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility - Capacity study, Design& specification for tendering document and review from contractor proposal, and risk assessment on the deviation found. Develop a detailed project plan to track the progress, use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs. Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget. Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques - Change management and impact study of change need.  Collaboration with OPC ( Planner) and production team to make the ramp activities, update projects/ hookup and variation changes, and review changes to prevent cost over runs.  Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques, He/ She need to report and escalate to management as needed, including perform risk management to minimize project risks with solution. Your profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed  1) Degree in Engineering / Mechanical / Electrical / Process/ Chemical / Civil & Structural / Project management/other technologies/Diploma with relevant experience.  2) Good interpersonal skills.  3) Able to work long hours when required.  4) Able to work with Engineers and Contractors.  5) Good Contractors Management skills. Employees may be required to workout side normal working hours, including evenings, weekends and/or holidays.  6) Able to work in a fast–paced, dynamic, and multi-disciplinary environment.  7) 5+ years of work experience, have project management experience/ PMP will add advantage.  8) Experience with semiconductor facility expansion and construction projects is preferred.  9) Experience with ISO drawing, AutoCAD, Microsoft, and Project software #WeAreIn for driving decarbonization and digitalization.
