Your Role Key responsibilities in your new role * Manages projects for Automotive Microcontroller products, from medium to high complexity * Performs project planning and execution, considering aggressive and best schedules all the time. * Address project barriers and collaborate with all possible groups like design, process, or manufacturing. * Full project accountability, able to scope all risks and with clear decision-making. Your Profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed * Min 10 years of working experience in Semiconductor, preferably in Test. * Min Bachelor Degree in Electronics Engineering or related discipline. * Has demonstrated leading several projects, performed extensive project planning, reporting and documentation, including effective mitigation of project risks. * Able to work with diversified culture * Able to work independently * Project Management Certification is an advantage * Good command in English #WeAreIn for driving decarbonization and digitalization.
