Are you in?   Your role Key responsibilities in your new role Monitor equipment performance, in-line SPC data, defects, and abnormalities to ensure timely issue resolution.  Maintain equipment capability and reliability to meet production requirements and MNT's core KPI's Troubleshoot equipment issues and support timely recovery to minimize production downtime.  Perform routine equipment inspections and scheduled preventive maintenance.  Coordinate with Production and Process Engineers to ensure equipment availability and smooth production operations.  Support investigations into equipment-related defects and implement corrective actions to improve product quality.  Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment efficiency, reliability, and production performance.  Assist in evaluating new equipment, materials, and equipment modifications to improve productivity and product quality. Your profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed  A Bachelor’s in any Engineering or a related semiconductor field.  Strong fundamental knowledge of thin film deposition chemistry, plasma physics, and gas-phase reactions.  Familiar in Applied Materials Tools ( PECVD, ALD, LPCVD, SACVD) is highly desired.  Competence using maintenance databases (e.g., Maximo, SAP) and analyzing equipment logs, FDC traces, or sensor data to predict failures.  Highly knowledge in Vacuum process #WeAreIn for driving decarbonization and digitalization.
