As a Senior Staff Engineer Product Engineering in our Manufacturing and Operations team, find yourself in a high-tech world where silicon wafers evolve into cutting-edge products. Your role Key responsibilities in your new role Initiate/lead yield and quality improvement programs within assigned technology Lots’ assessment & disposition to ensure quality of products delivered to customers meet Infineon’s quality and  reliability standard Fast feedback to production line in case of deviation, problem identification and fast feedback Identify product or technology, or process margin related problem and work with Process Integration and Unit Process Engineering to resolve Support new product releases, technology transfer projects and ramp up production of new technologies To monitor and work with Process Integration and Unit Process Engineering  to ensure stability of product parameters Support Production tools releases (PCRB) Lead/support Technology Synchronization. Support technology FMEA Deviation management Fast feedback to production in deviation with accurate analysis and conclusion Lead FEBE interface on yield, quality and reliability improvement topics within assigned technology Provide expert knowledge on risk assessment  on product quality and reliability (MRB) Knowledge exchange (IFX) and knowledge transfers within Infineon Kulim Be able to provide support or leadership for cross technology group projects Your profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed  Bachelor/ Master/ PhD Degree in Electrical/ Electronics/ Physics/ Material Science/ Chemistry.  Minimum 6-8 Year of working experience in Semiconductor industry preferred. BE experience is accepted with higher number of years of experience Advanced level of Knowledge of Product Engineering analysis tools  Advanced level of knowledge in semiconductors physics of relevant power technologies preferably WBG. In depth knowledge in 8D and other problem solving tools Advanced statistical analysis, Six Sigma (preferably) Project management skills. Be able to lead cross technology improvement team project Leading team skills. Lead internal yield/quality improvement team/8D team Knowledge of unit processes and its influence on product Test methods for assigned technology Knowledge on product applications Knowledge of quality and reliability of products Key mentor to train new engineers  #WeAreIn for driving decarbonization and digitalization.
