Staff Engineer Layout Design

We are looking for dedicated talents to develop customer-specific power modules Job Responsibilities Collaborate with our marketing and R&D team to develop great products according to customer specific requirements. Your role Key responsibilities in your new role The mechanical design of power modules (e.g DCB layout, chip placement, routing and bonding according to customer specification and production design rules Evaluating the product manufacturability, in cooperation with process engineers in the production line Generating the necessary technical documentation for internal approvals Acting as central contact point for technical drawings within the R&D customization team Your profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed  Bachelor/master’s degree in mechanical engineering or similar fields Previous R&D work experience in the area of mechanical design / layouting of electrica components, or PCB layout Direct experience with power modules design is a plus Proficient in CAD-Software like Autodesk Inventor and Autodesk Autocad, Altium design or cadence PCB layout tool Proficient in Chinese and English language both in written and spoken. Capable to communicate openly, clearly, and coherently Structured way of working with attention to details and engineering mindset Think and act in a cooperative way and strengthen the team spirit.
